With this motto, we were invited to participate as speakers at the World Market Leaders Congress in Vienna.
The discussion was led by Gabi Jiresch, editor-in-chief of Handelszeitung Wien. It was a great pleasure and honor for us to be part of it.

▶ Is there a relevant difference between women and men in management? Is this actually lived?
▶ The role of women in different areas and in international comparison – technology, science, art and industry
▶ Have you been personal confronted with this topic?
▶ Where does self-confidence end and where does feminism begin?

NEW STUDY RESULTS
Simon-Kucher & Partners, strategy consultant, and the Vienna University of Economics and Technology publish the results of a new study on “Hidden Champions – Immune to Global Megatrends?” at the congress. In light of the disruption of previous framework conditions, the “readiness” for seven prevailing megatrends was analyzed. The Champs and ‘classic’ companies faced the comparison.
“Our congress is planned over a whole year – we are constantly monitoring which market developments could soon become an ‘issue.’ Many world market leaders are involved in the planning and the setting of topics – considering the exchange of knowledge as innovation potential is in their DNA. “Your ‘spirit’ is contagious,” says Thomas Zembacher, managing director of the business publishing house.
